Synopsis

In Normandy, June 6, 1944, a dozen Sherman tanks equipped with floats, the famous Duplex Drives (DD), leave their ship to swim to Omaha Beach… not all of them make it. Going back over the history of this American tank, we find out how and why this secret weapon was one of the greatest fiascos of the Normandy Landings.
