Gaudiopolis: The Republic of Children


Budapest, 1945. Gabor Sztehlo, a Protestant pastor, shelters orphaned children through the rubbles of the Hungarian capital. One day, he proposes them to build their own democracy, their own republic. Soon, they have a Constitution, a President, a Supreme Court, a Police Chief, even a newspaper and money notes.
